Pharaoh:
This was the highest title in the entire Egypt. The Pharaoh ran the country and was in charge of everything.

The government officials were the second to highest class. Their main job was to assist the Pharaoh. Many of them were the Pharaoh's family members. Trusted servants could become a government officials.

- Advises the Pharaoh and carries out the commands
- Chief judge
- Was expected to be neutral/fair
2) Chief treasurer
- Oversaw the governments wealth
- Collected the taxes
- The taxes were paid in goods and food
3) Generals of the army
- Advises the Pharaoh about national security and wars
- Makes alliances
- Protects Egypt's borders

2) Cleanse body 3-4 times a day in holy pools
3) Shave ALL their body hair
4) ONLY allowed to wear linen

- Women can be priestesses

The stone carvers were the most skilled, and their skill was very important for tomb building. They worked for ten straight days before they got to rest. They relied on the employers for food and the upper classes viewed them as commoners.
